About Lunch with the Authors

The Junior League of Morristown is pleased to announce its 22nd Annual Lunch with the Authors will be held on Friday, May 3rd, 2024. Hosted at the Park Avenue Club in Florham Park, NJ, our luncheon is an invitation to an uplifting and enchanting afternoon with friends and family benefiting our local community.

Doors open at 11am and the event begins with a basket raffle. Guests will then be seated for an elegant three-course luncheon while they hear remarks from nationally acclaimed authors. Lisa Grunwald, author of The Evolution of Annabel Craig, Edward F. O’Keefe, author of The Loves of Theodore Roosevelt, and Helen Simonson, author of The Hazelbourne Ladies Motorcycle and Flying Club, will discuss their latest work, answer questions, and sign books before and after the luncheon.

The event concludes at 3pm with the announcement of the raffle winners.

This special afternoon will provide a philanthropic opportunity to support the Junior League of Morristown including its Scholarship Program, which has awarded over 160 Scholarships totaling more than $270,000 since 1998.
