Community Grants Program

Continuing its long history of service to the community, The Junior League of Morristown awards grants to community organizations in its service area of greater Morris and Somerset Counties.

The purpose of the Program is to provide community grant awards to non-profit community organizations to support projects that are consistent with the JLM mission, vision, and community impact focus area. The grants awarded by the JLM help support non-profit agencies and/or groups through their first year of operation and/or fund an event or organization that will create a significant community impact. However, JLM grants shall not be awarded for the purpose of funding staff positions or covering administrative costs, such as rent or other operational expenses. JLM grants shall also not be used towards a non-profit agency or group’s annual campaign funds.

Our Community Impact Focus Area: The Junior League of Morristown is dedicated to addressing the unmet needs of teens in Morris County and surrounding areas to ensure that they have ample food, resources and education needed to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle. We consider applications that serve this population.
